Work in Progress

Apologies for the pixelation but this is the three drafts that I have made.

For the first one, I did a colour contrast where there is blue and I have added the emoticons to show the relation with one reason at a time.

The second one I did a different colour scheme where I did a darker shade of blue, to keep the consistency happening but the border around each paragraph is a straight line, in comparison to the first one where the texture is a different.

The third one, I made it more simple. Having no emoticons showing the relation with the paragraph. And have made it more concise with the paragraphing, having it more to the left since people are more inclined to reading starting from the left rather than the middle, which is where I placed all of the other two drafts. Let me know what you think!

WIP for 2 designs

For the past week, I started trying to compile what I drew on the draft, however it did not come as I turned out. It seemed very cluttered and there were not that much breathing space involved. So what I have done are two work in progress. Open to suggestions and other ideas!Screen Shot 2015-06-06 at 12.39.41 pmScreen Shot 2015-06-06 at 12.36.03 pm

This is the background layout of my infographic. I have changed the way I use my fonts by having the word TRAVEL in a bigger case and also using a different font that is called ‘Vibur’.

This is the outcome of the background layout, and I have used the colour scheme that I have mentioned in the previous posts.

Right now, as I am slowly putting my ideas together, I’m trying to think what kind of font I should be using for my title.

I have searched through Pinterest when using free fonts and there are a handful of them that are really good with the subject I am trying to create.

Click HERE to see the link that I have found.

I found this when I was searching free fonts in pinterest, but I have also thought of having a more of a ‘straight line’ approach in the typography. Since because the Jenna sue, the font I have found on pinterest, is more of a curvy and also a ‘hand-written’ font, which I feel is more personal approach.

The other font that I want to use is called ‘Bebas’, which you can find in the link attached to it.

Right now, the word title is looking more like this. I am at the earliest stage at the moment. When I am done vectoring the image of the backpacker, I will then try to sort out the background of the image and the content that I want to cover in my infographic.

the first one is jenna sue and the second one is bebas.
